Mr. Huang Hua’an (黃華安) (“Mr. Huang”), aged 29, graduated from Hebei University of Economics and Business (河北經(jīng)貿(mào)大學(xué)) majoring in statistics in 2014. He served as an analyst at KPMG Global Commercial Service (Guangdong) Co. Ltd. (畢馬威全球商務(wù)服務(wù)（廣東）有限公司) from September 2014 to December 2017 and he joined the Company as the Head of Auditing Department in July 2018.  Mr. Huang was elected as a supervisor representing employees on 7 February 2020 and was subsequently elected as chairman of the Supervisory Committee on 24 March 2020.
